The development and growth of new commercial markets will be achieved by issuing licenses to distributors and wholesalers, with existing established significant relationships and contracts within the building materials and construction markets in their region. These structures will be individually tailored according to each particular case and will create:

• Significant cash-flow opportunities translating into integrated business opportunities as part of the global marketing strategy
• Access potential existing marketing and distributor databases
• A reduction in the probability of direct competition in the short-term following the 5Stargreen™ panels release

A global marketing strategy will be adapted in local environments, using cost effective expansion techniques to generate higher sales volumes to enhance brand recognition quickly and effectively. Additional market research will also be undertaken to identify cash flow opportunities for the short to mid term. Nexis Holdings will also form and develop industry relationships with leading building materials sector partners. This will significantly ensure increased probability for commercial success.

Establish plants in targeted regions and countries

• Each licensed region will have a production strategy incorporating volume ramp up and product ranges developed to take into account local factors, including costs, market conditions and size
• A major German engineering firm, (as main contractor) will construct and operate the plants for the initial period
• Plants will be established in close proximity to raw materials supply in the regional license area
• Capital investment in plants is based upon ramping up to meet required demand, after an initial pilot or test plant stage at each manufacturing site
• Each plant will be aligned to a licensee with an aggressive marketing and distribution program

Customers and distributors of 5Stargreen™ panels recognise the need to build a future based upon an economically profitable and environmentally sustainable approach. Brand support at a regional level is also provided to customers of the 5Stargreen™ via the licensees.

Products Innovation through Ongoing R&D

Nexis Holdings intends to maintain its cutting edge market position through ongoing research and development in all key aspects, including:

• 5Stargreen™ panel products – with a focus on design, product range and materials composition
• Efficiency in application of the panel products – through improvements of delivering modular buildings
• Plant technology – innovation in engineering process and construction techniques

Funding for ongoing R&D will come from a budgeted allocation of revenues from the plants and panel sales.
