In order to dramatically reduce construction time and costs the modular dwelling panels will be built with integrated steel frames. This will expedite onsite construction and installation and alleviate onsite potential errors from unskilled labor.

In addition to integrated steel frames, Nexis Holdings will incorporate all electrical, hydraulics and insulation into the panel to further reduce time of construction.
