President, CEO – Rahoul Ray, (age 46)
Rahoul is a qualified CPA, a member of the Securities Institute of Australia, a Registered Company Auditor (Australian Securities Investments Commission) and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce and Finance (University NSW, Australia). He has more than 25 years experience in chartered accounting, treasury markets, investment banking, stock broking and finance. He has been the CEO of Nexis Holdings Ltd (Hong Kong) since 2004.. He has held senior management or advisory roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Auditor-General’s Office, HBOS Bank Ltd and BNZ-Norths Stockbrokers and advised on risk management, systems and corporate strategy to large global financial institutions, manufactures and distribution organizations. He is a director of a number of companies and superannuation funds in Australia, South Africa and UK and holds a senior position with a prominent global consulting firm.
Executive Chairman, Director Business Development - Walter Filler, (age 59)
Walter holds a Commerce Degree from Germany with over 30 years experience as a Business Manager in new Business Development throughout Asia/Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and America and has been involved in the development and marketing of new and rapid growth companies in the past 10 years, focusing on new technologies, particularly related to waste management and extrusion methods and designs. Walter was appointed to the role of Strategic Adviser to the Board of Nexis Holdings Ltd in November 2002, prior to which he held the position of Managing Director of a listed company in Australia. He has managed a diverse range of businesses in the past and has had a successful career in building business and market share.
Non-Executive Director - Leon van Achthoven, (age 47)
Leon obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (University of Utrecht) and acquired several other academic and technical qualifications including a degree in Environmental Management and certification as a PACS system administrator. He has extensive managerial experience with several large European waste multinational recycling companies and his responsibilities have included developing innovative environmental technologies to ensure compliance with international health and safety regulations. In 2004, he founded his own company, Octa Enterprises. specializing in spill response where he is currently Managing Director. Leon also maintains a consultancy company in Environmental Management for third party contracts.
Implementation Management
Technical implementation management is provided through agreements with key corporations that have a role in the design and delivery of plants and 5StargreenTM products. The Implementation Management Team comprises the following key professionals from such corporations:
Bernt Kiesel, (age 42)
Bernt graduated in Economics and Engineering (FH). Bernt worked 8 years as a business consultant for Fraunhofer Enterprises as Project Director covering organization, development, production and logistic planning. Since 2000 he has participated in Eisenmann Anlagenbau Gmbh & Co KG project planning and project sales in vehicle delivery and consumption product sectors in manufacturing, logistics and assembly. Optimization projects and project planning complete his range of competences.
Graham Badman (Age 46)
Graham completed his Bachelor in Mechanical Enginerring in Wollongong, Australia. He has continued his accreditiations and is a Member of Institution of Engineers, Chartered Professional Engineer and Member of Institute of Management. Graham commenced his career at Brentwood Engineeering where he is stil employed as Managing Director. Reporting to the Board of Brentwood, he is responsible for all operations of the company’s recycling systems, including future company direction, financial decisions, sales, marketing, employment, industrial relations, and engineering on Turn Key Plants.
Martin Dieterich, (age 48)
Martin holds a Civil Engineering Degree (Diplom-Bauingenieur) from the Technische University, Darmstadt. He has substantial experience in engineering and management as Project Leader at Mero Raumstruktur (Würzburg), Assistant Project Leader at Imbau for projects in London, Chief Engineer Merotech Sdn Bhd (Kuala Lumpur), Executive Director Merotech, (Kuala Lumpur) and since 1995 has been Managing Director for Dieterich Beratende Ingenieure in Mainz, Germany. Dieterich Beratende Ingenieure is a consulting firm with specialized experience in the field of building materials acting for Nexis as their technical advisers and coordinating engineers.
Richard Scheuerlein, (age 48)
Richard has a Commercial Degree (Diplom-Kaufmann) from the University of Regensburg and a Degree in Business Management from the Professional School of Regensburg. He began his career in 1986 working as an assistant to Albert Gruber at Alois Grubert GmbH and has acted as project representative of P.P.S systems, relating to production plants in Mannesmann, Germany. Since 1990 he has been a partner at Schindler stone processing machines who manufacture and supply processing machines for building materials, concrete and cast stone suppliers.
Steven Blaess, (age 37)
Steven Blaess holds a Bachelor of Design in Human Environments from the University of South Australia in 1994. During his studies, he won a two year Design Scholarship to Hong Kong for Excellence in Design. His work has been extensively prototyped by Artemide Italy, iGuzzini Lighting Italy, Fratelli Guzzini and Nemo Italiana Luce. In 2001, Edra Italy launched his m-series Meditation Pod at Salon del Mobile, Milano met with widespread praise among leading European design and manufacturing companies. Since 2005, Steven has designed and help fabricate several products for top Italian design firm Alessi. Steven’s expertise extends across the full spectrum of industrial design for transport products, lighting, furniture, plastics manufacturing, architecture and interiors. As a member of the Nexis Holdings team he was a key player in the design stages of Nexis Holdings’s modular housing units.
